  • House Bill 12-1146 – Continuation of dropout recovery programs
  • House Bill 12-1150 – Changes in calculation of retirement benefits for future PERA members

  • Senate Bill 12-079 – Technical revisions to Safe2tell program

10 a.m. – Senate final consideration

  • Senate Bill 12-015 – Tuition for undocumented students (expect to be delayed)

Senate preliminary consideration

  • Senate Bill 12-130 – Consolidation of state early childhood programs
  • House Bill 12-1124 – Digital learning study

  • The committee has several unfinished figure-setting issues, including testing costs and other items related to the Department of Education. CDE issues have not been scheduled. The committee will meet daily this week.
