U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack recently took a spin through Centennial Elementary School in Denver to tout its school garden and advocate for passage of a revised Childhood Nutrition Act, which would free up more money for healthy school breakfasts and more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains for school lunches.
